Project lead in an international collaboration supported by NASA and the Hubble Space Telescope. Responsible for providing accurate models of astrophysical samples. Contributed to proposals submitted to the largest telescopes. Data processing, analysis and visualization with Python and MATLAB. Implementation and testing of mathematical models (regression analysis, feature engineering, Markov chain Monte Carlo method, spectral analysis).

Developed algorithms in Python and C to analyze large datasets. Tested correlations and provided forecasts. Explored astrophysical models using advanced statistical methods (decision trees, Bayesian inference, MCMC method, PCA, SQL databases, bootstrap resampling, simulations to produce synthetic data, advanced visual aids). Led popular science events. Four years scholarship granted by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development of Brazil.

Worked on pipelines in Python and C including optimization, parallelization and use of clusters. Applied and validated physical models (regression analysis, Bayesian statistics, evaluation of selection bias and systematic effects, scaling relations). Project responsibility (international collaboration): provided algorithms, evaluated the performance of models and gave regular updates to the board. Overseas Doctorate Program Grant by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel, Brazil

Planning and execution of licensing documentation, such as radiation protection plans, to make the laboratories and the University Hospital compliant to the standards of the National Commission of Nuclear Energy (regulatory authority). Follow-up and evaluation of the radiation safety guidelines on-site. Improved safety measures and achieved 100% of compliance with the regulatory agencies.

Responsible for addressing customers technical specifications and preparation of bidding documents. Support at major clients in Brazil (hospitals, nuclear power plant operators, scientific institutions) for the implementation and use of products, with visits on a weekly basis. Significantly increased sales and improved satisfaction in the after sales service. Actively participated in the preparation of the licensing plan for a new radio-pharmaceutical company (R2 Radiopharmacy Solutions).
