Management of team dealing with the project Organising workshops Plan project progress Monitor project progress and success Document project progress

Managing helpdesk level 1&2 agents, making sure the team follows the clients procedures, setting up timeschedules, providing monthly reports to management and clients, perform quarterly reviews, dealing with all kind of issues in the team and escalations to the clients.

Single point of contact for Engagement Managers and solution architects Creating and maintaining funnel for solution architects, setting up an internal website to share knowlede and managing the forecast of sales cycle and providing monthly reports to Managed services management team.
