As Project Manager, I was key to managing Projects, business stakeholders and customers. In this time, I have delivered a POS Mobile Application, eCommerce Website, SharePoint Applications, defined a portfolio management structure for the business and also become an integral management figure with the IT department. The role included my responsibilities as Project Coordinator (see below)

Responsible for the administration and maintenance of project documentation and reports. Tasks for day-to-day management of projects included, updating and management of risk and issue registers; provide financial and project updates and act as a key member of project teams within the organisation; Test hardware and software extensively; Gain exposure/experience in Magento (eCommerce Platform); manage Request for Proposals (RFP’s) with vendors;
