As an (I.R.O) we used to give required information to customer to whatever they need to know about specific place,contact no and contact person all the info given through sms to the customer no. After giving info the feedback of that customer is submitted to the database and the database is update after every call.

As a Technical Support Engg generally used to provide the solution for customer request. It includes from taking remote of there system to finding out all errors in system and then providing them to customer. This involves the installation of softwares,reinstalling of firewall and also removing all the viruses from system and install appropriate anti-virus for the system. All the temporary files must be deleted so that system performance should enhanced.
