Master’s Thesis: Analysis of safe motion monitoring concepts for omnidirectional automated guided vehicles in industry 4.0 - Analyzed and evaluated safe motion monitoring concepts for omnidirectional AGVs in Industry 4.0 applications. - Investigated methods for detecting humans, obstacles, other AGVs, and robotic systems to support safe navigation in dynamic industrial environments. - Assessed decision and response strategies to improve operational safety and system behavior.

- Developed Safe Motion functions in CODESYS and C for innovative mobile robot applications, including automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). - Supported the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the functional safety process throughout the project lifecycle. - Planned, executed, and documented test series to validate system performance and safety requirements.

- Reviewed, analyzed, and optimized existing control logic in Siemens STEP 7 Classic and PCS 7, including hardware/software fault diagnosis and system performance improvement. - Developed new PLC applications for Siemens automation systems using STEP 7 Classic and TIA Portal, in compliance with IEC 61131-3. - Integrated and commissioned field devices and distributed I/O via PROFINET and PROFIBUS within Siemens automation systems. - Developed operator-oriented HMI interfaces in WinCC within TIA Portal.
