Some of my major achievements were as Follow: - Optimized the company’s inspection procedure to minimize an excess of cost and manpower used during the project. - Scheduled and coordinated all activities in detail, resulted all employees exactly knew what their tasks are at least a week in advance. - Mitigated crucial risks by identifying and prioritizing them, resulted in not any unwanted extra expense imposed.

- Reduced procurement costs 30% by negotiating pricing and fees, revising order steps and order schedule for equipment. - 20% decrease in construction costs was achieved by identifying more costly activities and replacing the alternative techniques. - Developed systems and procedures to track project objectives, with a focus on analysis and reporting.

Successfully completed Professional Placement: Working on thesis which was “The role of EVM in Simon Carves Engineering Limited”. Proposed the company new approach which was called “Earned Schedule” as my final dissertation. I used EVT to monitor past performance of the company and forecasting future performance. assigned to mentioned projects to get acquainted with the way of planning and controlling projects.
