Develop resource loaded Primavera P6 schedule and Progress Measurement using Earned Value. Develop Project Status Report, Progress S-curves and Risk register & Change Management. Devise the Project staffing plan and cost, VOWD report and Accrual Management. Preparation and analysis of Cost report and various reconciliation. Responsible for Timesheet management, Invoicing, Project Monitoring & Control measures.

Maintain long lead items and procurement management Analysis of Cost report, quantity and cost reconciliation. Responsible for Client and Sub contractor billing and Invoicing.
