 Customer Relationship Management and work as first point of contact for client  Ensure delivery of service parameters as per Scope of Work  Coordination with teams to deliver the services  Perform team development activities such as employee engagement, performance management, organize training and career counseling etc.  Hiring of manpower as per project requirements and business justification

 Responsible for the delivery of quality DTH services to customer from Installation to consumer complaints  To look after and support third party Dishtv Service Centres  Conduct training for field engineer staff  To look into and resolve customer issues and escalation to the level of customer satisfaction
