I was involved in the project activities from its tender phase, cost estimations and document preparation to construction, managing man power and overseeing site activities. Daily activities also included communication with Clients, Consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any issues that might arise and ensure that all documentation is submitted on time and as per project specifications. All of this was followed with detailed report writing and cost control of the project’s budget.

I was involved in projects from tender, document preparation and logistics to planning and managing of the site activities. As we often were main consultant for the surveying works I acted as the main liaison between the Client, Consultants or Contractors and the Company and was responsible directly to the CEO. Aside from this, my responsibilities included handling data acquired with traditional topographic surveying techniques as well as with new technologies, such as 3D laser scanning and drone mapping.

I was involved in the project activities from its concept and detailed design phase, document preparation to the submission of the finished packages for a revision and approval. Daily activities also included coordination between team members and different disciplines involved in the project and making sure everything is synced and as per project specifications. Aside from this, my responsibilities included making a bill of quantities and design reports for the tendering phase of the project.

As an entry level Civil Engineer I was assisting Lead Project Engineer on the construction site and helping with daily reports of construction progress. Aside from this, I was involved in the preparation of the shop drawings and as built drawings as well as earthworks calculation for invoice supporting documents.
