After I finished my master degree in the UK, I joined an independent studio as a game director. I manage five people development team and made three mobile games, "Tiny Gem Hunter", "Clean Clean My Precious" and "Monster Tavern". Half of our team members are graduated and not experienced developers, therefore the most challenging part and the main gain beside three mobile game titles is the experience of maximizing the outcome from the limit resources, time and abilities.

“Glory Destiny Online” was my first project as a lead game designer. My job was providing the whole game concept, monitoring the process of producing, leading and training the design team, coordinating with other departments, reporting schedule and establishing the marketing plan. I also participated in developing the other projects, “Grand Fantasia Online” and "JiangHu Saga Online" and responsible for game design related to numbers and the balance control.

As a game designer for “Angel Love online”, I experienced every job in the development process, from creating one single monster or one weapon in the game to making and updating the virtual items strategy. I participated in four expansions of this game and I was independently responsible for the operation of the Indonesian version. This is my career entry to the game industry and in the end I have been asked to take charge of training new game designer.
