- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit - Identify new potential customers - Stay up-to-date with new features of the product - Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Manage raw material stock levels to ensure operational efficiency - Source new suppliers to negotiate better pricing and reduce lead times - Oversee and tracked Purchase Orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries - Handle Intrastat registration for all imports and exports within EU countries for the Spanish Tax Agency -Implement strategies to optimize stock inventory, contributing to cost reduction

- Link between production and customers - Coordination of all the tasks involved in the process, since the reception of the purchase order, until the delivery at the customer’s site respecting the agreed lead times - Daily cooperation with the scheduling department and also in charge of production

- Handle tasks both of purchasing and production planning - Production plan creation and adjustment according to factory capacities and resources, weekly plan of production directly agreed with production department always taking in account all of the changes needed as consequence of the customer requirements - Manage documentation needed and coordination of all the shipments - Handle and creation of purchase orders and all the maintenance of them in direct contact with suppliers
