Reported KPIs to the brewmaster, COO, and CEO in weekly meetings.

    Implemented a yeast control/monitoring program to help increase quality of our product. Wrote many SOPs used in future training of teammates in the cellar and lab. Worked to implement new laboratory techniques and machines for a more robust quality program.
