Manuelle und automatische Erstellung von Transporten im SAP, Erstallung von Lieferscheinen basierend auf der Dispoliste, Erstallung von Exportpapiere (ZARA und ARLAS), Unsprungszeugnissen und Rechnungen. Überwachung und Anforderung von fehlenden Unsprungszeugnissen. Bereitstellung von Transporten in Transporeon. Tägliche Kontrolle der Ablieferung über Chargenvergleich MES zu SAP. Bearbeitung von Expressaufträgen und Retouren. Frachten- und Konditionenpflege im SAP sowie im Transporeon.

Informationen zu Lieferbedingungen und Sicherheitsregeln, etc.) • Mitwirken an internen Projekten sowie der Optimierung von Logistikprozessen unter Einhaltung der QHSE Bestimmungen
