Prepared and launched the company's Amazon stores in Europe via Amazon Seller Central, which includes writing product descriptions, producing product graphic sets, uploading products, generating Amazon A+ Content, and handling Amazon's requirements. Created and managed the company's Linkedin profile. Support social media campaigns by creating and editing graphic brochures in English and Vietnamese. Conducted market research to target potential customers, social groups, and communities.

Performed community management by administrating the company's social media presence, with a focus on increasing engagement. Collaborated with the Marketing Manager and the Technical Writer to generate, edit and optimize the company's content including articles, posts, graphics, and videos. Collaborated with Chief Operation Officer and Marketing Manager in SEO, including keyword research, SEO strategy, position tracking, and competitor analysis, which saw a 265% increase in organic traffic in the period.

Composed new content pieces about instructions, tips, and advice in using web-builder solutions such as Shopware, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce. Supported content creation by conducting research about customers' preferences on choosing products as presents. Collaborated with other content creators and the team lead to create product collections and develop product descriptions.
