Interfaced between the project team, the client, and the fabricator. Projects included refineries and production plants of clients such as Total and Gaz de France.

Designed mechanical equipment, produced and evaluated technical documents, and interfaced between the client, the fabricator, and other engineering disciplines throughout the length of the project. Main clients included oil refineries on the West Coast such as ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, and BP.

Designed and monitored regional natural gas pipeline networks, provided engineering support for field construction, and handled emergency situations involving gasline ruptures. Southern California Gas Company is the largest natural gas distribution utility in the States with more than 20 million customers.
