Worked remotely as a freelance UX/UI Designer for Intrexx, a B2B Low-Code SaaS company based in Freiburg, Germany. Contributed to the redesign of the corporate website and supported the launch of IX25, the newly rebuilt low-code platform generation for visual data, process, and app development.

Long-term collaboration with a biodynamic winery in Mallorca, initially as a working student and later as a part-time freelancer. UX/UI design, website and online shop improvements, social media visuals, storytelling and brand refinement. Created a 360° virtual tour and maintained visual consistency across digital, print and packaging. Hamburg-based hybrid collaboration.

Bridged strategy, design and technology in digital transformation projects. Led and co-facilitated 12 innovation workshops for over 200 marketing professionals. UX/UI design, rapid prototyping, a scalable design system, user research and usability testing. Presented AI-driven concepts to clients including RTL Germany. Provided remote one-on-one tutoring in mathematics and chemistry to secondary school students through Easy-Tutor. Focused on breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable explanations and helping students build confidence ahead of exams.

Sustainable leadership, organizational accountability and responsible decision-making. Thesis: 'Performing Responsibility: Leadership Discourse and Accountability for Algorithmic Harm at Meta.' Used critical discourse analysis to examine how tech companies frame responsibility for AI-related harm.
