Responsible for maintaining, developing and supporting Volvo Groups Applicant Tracking System Globally (Volvo Recruitment Online (VRO)). Part time position shared between US and Sweden (50%). Supporting a global tool demanded good communication skills to be able to manage change requests from different cultures and understanding country specific recruitment processes’. Several co-workers referred to me as Mr VRO, which I consider a good grade for the work performed.

Being computer literate and a quick learner I was considered a great resource for the project and did have a substantial impact on decisions made. After the project ended I became development and maintenance responsible for the tool itself.
