Worked directly for the CTO and the VP for Software Development. Defined and documented the software development process. Selected and customized Atlassian Jira to provide an infrastructure for the documented development process. Extended the tool to include advanced time-tracking and capacity planning features. Prepared productivity and time-tracking reports for management. In charge of a Java development team in India who implemented customizations and new features for Jira (Plugins, Portlets Listeners)

Independently developed a complex content management and website/web-application creation and administration system. The system is based on Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP. Features include: multilingual support, advanced search engine optimisation, centralised administration, database-centric automate

Worked independently and in teams. Developed a variety of web-based interfaces using Perl and PHP with a database or LDAP directory as a back end. Gained in-depth knowledge of Linux, Computer Security, LDAP, Oracle and Welcom Project Management software.

Administrated & developed the Customer Care Intranet (COACH). The information I published online was used by over 1000 customer care representatives. Administrated the Ccare logging system (VLTS). Constructed QOS reports based on logs of all customer interactions stored in an Oracle database.

Administrated a television channel with rotating static commercials. Designed and programmed these commercials. Maintained teletext pages & web sites linked to the channel. Active in Palet Kabelcom’s “Internet by cable” test project. Helped outsource a help-desk and set up a website for test users.

As co-founder, I shared the responsibility for many aspects of the business: marketing, sales and design. I was solely responsible for the technical side of the business: web-site programming and server administration.

Edited the text and layout of European Union information, preparing it for CD-ROM publication. Searched for EU Legal documents in archives and libraries. Prepared copies of these documents to be sent to customers.
