An active platform with over 1.800 bike messengers registered.

Promoted to Tech Leader EMEA with particular focus on IT infrastructure strategic projects. Senior Infrastructure Solution Architect within the Cloud Managed Services department, responsible for the support and administration of core infrastructure and client services. Leveraged best of breed technologies to directly impact on the company’s ability to succeed. Collaborated with virtual teams that are located all around the world.

Led all aspects of project design and architecture IT infrastructure including voice and data networks, servers, storage and backup devices, and datacenters. Oversaw the full cycle of personnel and project management of design and implementation teams.  Performed evaluation and rating of several possible outsourcing partner, and supplied them with necessary information for creating an outsourcing concept and quotation.  Implemented Business Continuity Plan (BCP) procedures and best practices.

Own the accomplishment of the Conception and implementation of two datacenters (multi-homed) in Luxembourg, including international WAN setup. Was promoted after 10 months in the role.  Identified and proposed solution for the most critical point in the infrastructure in order to prevent business interruption.  Responsible for project design and IT infrastructure (data networks, servers, storage and backup and datacenters).

Provided high quality technical support for Linux (80%) and Microsoft Windows Server products (20%) to enterprise customers and partners. Received accolades and complimentary letters from satisfied customers.  Planned, test and implemented authorized upgrades and patches.  Awarded TOP-Performer, in July 2011, by achieving the 100% positive feedback and customer satisfaction within the team.

Successfully deployed a systems monitoring platform which aided a seamless implementation and consolidation monitoring systems in firm’s datacenters located in Italy, Spain, UK, France for monitoring 2000+ servers and 21000 services.  Maintained the company servers, guaranteeing efficient and uninterrupted service in all the countries where DADA is present, in cooperation with colleagues from offices abroad (UK, Spain, Brazil, US, China).

 Performed systems administration and support in Linux in order to support Edizioni Master Infrastructure.  Responsible for the management of 700+ domains with the different European authorities.

 Performed optimization and maintenance of the IT infrastructure that allowed company to grow traffic by 150% in only 1 year (SpinBlog).  Performed systems/infrastructure administration and support for a range of clients including AjepCom Informatica, DigitalHighWay, and Spinblog (www.iphoneitalia.com).
