 Tracked the project planning in close communication with our customer, adjusting it permanently to achieve the goals, accomplishing great results.  Optimized the Project economic performance by making use of PMI tools, focusing strongly on the engineering and manufacturing.  Developed KPI indicators for the project engineering area.  Implemented Lean Manufacturing techniques in instrumentation and electricity assembly processes.

 Planned the procurement and production schedules, revising it regularly, and containing delays due to unexpected events.  Exhaustively planned the commissioning and start up assisting the dedicated department, resulting in a considerable reduction in the leisure hours.  Advised technically to the customer in the basic engineering and Hazop analysis to accomplish efficient and reliable solutions.

 Developed P&I diagrams and elaborated process engineering.  Designed automatization and control facilities for production lines.  Designed general utilities facilities in manufacturing plants: Water, air compressed, gas-oil, electrical supplies, Earth and lightning protection.  Elaborated technical documents for customer procurement processes and actively participated in the supplier selection.
