Planning and realization of logistics projects with focus on infrastructure and process design. Projects including site-replanning and optimization of operational setups, as well as moving and consolidating businesses to new sites. Development of customer-focused logistic projects including infrastructure, process and workforce planning, budgeting and realization. Specialized in OR-related optimization topics, such as 3-dimensional packaging optimization within the field of MedTech-Logistics.

Demand planning and supply chain management within the field of packaging logistics. Responsible for all relevant sourcing and production topics.

Optimization of automated printed circuit board (PCB) assembly lines, by using metaheuristic optimization methods. Applied vehicle routing and slotting algorithms in order to optimize the pickup and placement sequence of surface mounting devices within the assembly lines. Lead OR-related onsite project, which achieved a 25% improvement in production speed and generated significant cost savings.
