DAF online provides part-time qualified CFO services to CEOs for Small and Medium Entreprise (3 to 150 persons), enabling them to focus on product development and sales. DAF online implements, undertake or improve cash monitoring and financing issues, margin measurement and monitoring, reporting and budget processes, coaching of accounting team, improvement of ERP. We enable the CEO insight to anticipate coming challenges, define business plan and strategy, and make the business stronger.

ID-Nest Medical is developing a Medical Device for Endovascular Minimally-Invasive Surgery. The first product is an innovative approach and devices for the in-situ connection of stents for the treatment of the aorta (T-Stent), which is a very critical area for surgery. I led the non-scientific aspects of the project from Sept. 2014 to Aug. 2014. During this 12 months period, I led the process that brought the project from post-incubation to a "ready-to-fund"​ MedTech startup.

Riding Equipement wholesales : Turnover 70 Mio Euros in Europe - 25% export - 300 headcount. I was responsible for handling financial issues of a primary and secondary LBO. Key skills : • strategic analysis and business plan setup and updates • cash monitoring (working capital - capex - revolving credit facilities) • integration of external growth achieved in Europe • all back office issues

I was in charge of all area apart from sales and marketing, at the head of the French subsidiary of this German family business. The subsidiary was in charge of the retail of the power tools produced by the German mother company on the French market (professional resellers and DIY). Turnover in France around 30 M€ / 55 persons. The scope of my job included HR, finance, IT (migration to Navision), logistics, as well as relationships with the headquarter, together with the general manager.

I actively contributed to setting up the French operation of the German company Jobpilot, acting in the HR on-line service (jobboard / CV database). I had the great opportunity to experiment extensively all the aspect related to a startup that brought a major innovation in a market, changing the chain of value : expansion at fast pace, reorganization once the market has been reorganized, takeover by a major historic player, Adecco.

n was belonging to a team of three professionals, in charge of all budget, monthly reporting and consolidation aspect for the subsidiaries located in 20 different countries. This included the integration of several external growths. I've been Project Leader for designing and setting up an online reporting tool through the internet to collect and compute the data from all the subsidiaries.

Senior Auditor in Nantes office, contribution to open this new office of Deloitte to cover the business in north-west part of France. Main clients were acting in B2B retail (Rexel, Pinault Bois) and transformation for the food industry.

Statutory and Due Diligence audit, with a specific training on auditing IT systems (IT Risk Management) directly monitored by the European HQ in London. Majority of clients were belonging to top IT or Medical Business (Compaq, Baxter, Bristoll Myers Squibb, etc.) as well as top French Group (Danone, PSA) for which we performed statutory audit for both German GAAP and international GAAP. Also involved in cross border tax issues between France and Germany.
