Following the acquisition of LHS Group by Sema Plc. which was motivated by Sema's desire to strengthen their customer care and billing software offering to telco customers, I handled Investor Relations with a direct reporting line to the CFO.

LHS Inc. went public on Nasdaq with a dual listing in Frankfurt, Germany. Due to strong investor interest in Europe, a position was created to take care of investor relations from Europe reporting to the HQ in Altanta, Georgia, USA.
