As part of the Global Data and Technology team, I consult with various markets for best practice/approach to building data solutions, dash boards, data visualizations, an automation projects including Robot Processing Automation.

Consultant, Reporting and Information Design

Position focuses on providing data visualization for key stakeholders with in the company. Day to day I develop and manage dashboards/workbooks in Tableau. Additionally, I do some dev work in Exasol to clean the data for presentation.

In this role, I am in charge of providing Business intelligence for Xbox Support. This includes building tabular data models to consolidate and rationalize disparate data sources, analyzing the data for key business partners to "tell the story" about business performance, and providing reports/visualizations to reflect the story. I also held this role in a previous position covering Business intelligence and analytics for the Customer Service and Support organization.

Managed an end to end business intelligence stack for the Critical Situation Management and Escalation team. This included ETL development, SQL programming, SSRS development, SQL Server Analysis services development, and data analysis to business partners across Customer Sevice and support.

Develop Data reporting and analysis using SQL Server technologies for Enterprise Services business. Incubation of business intelligence for the business partners, and developed a standard set of metrics to review business performance.

Contracting position - Provided business support for contract and billing tools to Microsoft Services. Managed monthly Taxonomy releases and provided reporting/data to business partners.

Lead quality assurance testing of Clinical Trials software, wrote testing documentation, database troubleshooting and correcting data related problems.
