Responsible engineer for optimizing the assembly WDM modules using a 6-axis robot • Identifying the root causes for abnormalities within the assembly process and developing procedural and physical solutions • Coordinating with the product design team to optimize the efficiency of the product • In-process data acquisition, analysis, and visualization across the different assembly processes for further process optimization and improvements

Developed image processing algorithms to detect individual parts to aid in “pick up and assembly” by 6-axis robot using python and OpenCV concepts • Carried out experiments to evaluate the most suitable holding tray of parts which can be detected by algorithms in uneven lighting conditions • Analysed and documented the KPIV and KPOV of various processes for further data analysis to monitor the efficiency of the process

Analysed data to achieve consistency and eliminate failures from online web catalogs • Created descriptions for IBN Products of Copper Cables and Hardware in SAP and online catalog
