As a Data Analyst, I evaluated the delivery performance of both company-owned and third-party haulers, identified factors that affected delivery fulfillment and truck turnaround times, and implemented solutions to remedy operational problems. I also analyzed data on safety incidents and presented actionable findings and recommendations to Management. One of my key projects used Power Query and VBA to seamlessly obtain and collate data to reduce report creation time from one week to three minutes.

As a Business Analyst, I drove the digital transformation of the Operations Department by implementing automation through Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint. I developed and maintained the Department's Power BI dashboard, providing Management with data-driven insights and trends through data extraction from spreadsheets, SharePoint lists, company websites, and SAP; data cleaning, modelling, and analysis using Power Query and DAX; and data visualization using Power BI.

As the Systems & Data Analyst, I analyzed current operational processes, identified improvement areas, and implemented solutions that streamlined workflows using VBA, Power BI, SQL, and Python. One highlight project of mine replaced the frequently crashing Excel-based forecasting tool of the company's Demand Planners with a web-based program, in coordination with the company IT department, which reduced average forecasting time from four hours per day to just one hour.

As a Demand & Data Analyst, I operated similarly to a Demand Planner; I monitored the sales performance and inventory levels of the company's nationwide network of service stations and scheduled fuel replenishment deliveries with consideration of different factors such as freight cost, delivery route, customer satisfaction, customer payment, among others.

As a Sales Training Officer, I conducted both technical and soft skills training programs to employees of the company's nationwide network of dealerships. Being a Product Knowledge Expert as part of the role, I assisted Dealer Sales Trainers and Sales Consultants in all inquiries and training needs.

As part of the Product Development Team, I assisted in conducting market studies to assess the viability and marketability of the company's Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles in the local market and provided recommendations to Management on the most profitable business strategies.
