Originally employed to utilise my experience in restructuring and implement new procedures within the warehouse and assemblies / production environments. My role has since changed to (1) automating the assemblies division and purchase of of new test equipment with a view to increasing production whilst lowering production cost's,(2) development of new business and the acquisition of new products that compliment AP Technology's existing product range and the companies primary focus.

Working as a freelancer providing consultancy services to SME's and SMB's on business operational and managerial procedures, sales management, sales coaching and business development (Sales)

Responsible for the acquisition of larger software development projects, project and contractual negotiations, management of clients expectation as well as team, partnership and client conflict resolution. Management of the Oracle (UK) account.

My remit included the day to day management of the sales teams within the 3 main sales divisions, these being the residential, commercial and industrial, as well as overseeing the division managers for both the sales and service divisions for maintenance and maintenance contracts, and the projects division which project managed all technical aspects of larger installations I was also tasked with creating an annual sales achievement award.

Founding Director, Euro Bike Part Ltd imported and distributed top of the range cycling goods, accessories and apparel throughout Southern Africa.

Full P&L responsibilities for the Southern African sales and marketing of Pinarello Bicycles and apparel.

Key responsibilities included the day to day management of the sales team, national dealer network, reseller and retail pricing, export sales, commercial foreign and national fishing organisations, shipyards, boat builders and the South African Navy.

Responsible for upgrades, maintenance and support of both the Hyperama and Rebal groups systems in the Western Cape.
