As Lead Software Engineer, I am responsible for the frontend architecture and technical evolution of our CRM and messaging platform. I propose architectural solutions, align decisions with the CTO, backend engineers, and product management, and oversee their implementation. Key contributions and outcomes: • Architecture modernization: Migrated a 340K-line React/TypeScript monolith into a modular monorepo with 13 domain and 14 foundation packages.

• CRM modernization: Evolved a React-based CRM frontend serving 100+ internal users and managing 200,000+ customers. Simplified state management, improved dependency management, and introduced a unified UI component library. • WhatsApp Business Messenger: Independently designed, architected, and built a production-ready full-stack messaging platform using React, NestJS, and WebSockets. Delivered the first production version in six weeks.

• Trading platform: Developed real-time market data and charting features for a multi-asset trading platform covering forex, equities, commodities, and cryptocurrencies, integrating live data feeds through WebSockets. • Forex demo platform: Built a web-based demo trading application using the existing WebSocket infrastructure, subsequently handed over to the mobile team for native implementation. • CRM development: Extended and modernized an existing CRM application.

Joined as an intern and was promoted to Frontend Engineer after two months, working on React components and REST integrations.
