• Review of the specifications ( User stories ) and the acceptance criteria • Design the test cases , prepare the environment and execute the tests • Detect the bugs , analyze and report them on ADS • Prepare the package to be installed on Production Platform • Automate the regression tests using Selenium • Ensure the support N3 (Level 3) on Production Platform and Analyze the RUN Tickets as RUN Referent • Prioritize the RUN tickets with PO for the Sprint Planning

• Perform a technical analysis of customer complaint based on System logs and problem report description for Infotainment Product (Connected Screen) • Analyze system logs and identify if the root cause is software or hardware • Suggest the appropriate solution to the customer • Pinpoint the problems and propose to fix in order to improve it • Document the team's process and train new employees • Update the Diagnostic Internal Tool

• Analyze customer specification • Interact with the stakeholders to better understand the product requirements or in case the design requires any kind of modifications • Write requirements specifications into SYUCs that are complete, consistent, concise, traceable and unambiguous, and that they conform to standards • Perform the review of SYUCs with all involved stakeholders and teams • Keep the Use Cases up to date according to the requirements

• Proofread and review the requirements, software or functional specifications and user manuals • Identify test conditions and design test cases • Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software failures • Automate regression and robustness tests • Detect defects and report the bugs under CS tool • Test corrections on upgraded SW versions (verification tests and non regression tests) • Communicate with the developers and different Project’s actors (Continental Toulouse / Continental Yokohama)
