Master Thesis: Dome shape optimization of Composite pressure vessel for storing Hydrogen • Optimizing the dome profile and thickness calculation by using theoretical methods like netting analysis, optimal methods • Developing the Matlab code for analyzing the dome profiles and generation of CAD models using the optimized data from the calculation • Final comparison of models in aspects of weight, strength Software used: MatLab, Excel, CAD, Ansys (ACP, Static)

Title:- Spray analysis of fuel injectors Description:- Design and development of the flexible injector adaption and optical components for spray analysis at the optical test bench with define boundary conditions and DFMA principles. Performed hand calculations to analyze the sustainability, a factor of safety of the developed adaption. Development of graphical user interface for spray analysis test bench and hydraulic characterization of SCR injectors.

- Responsible for developing the 3D Models and assemblies of electrical packages and components using CREO PARAMETRIC-2.0 - Analysis of Von mises stress, total deformation and the safety factor of Packages using ANSYS considering boundary conditions in load and noload conditions - Drafting of the Individual components involved in the Package - Reverse engineering of the components

Project: Sales insight analysis, Design of Vertical Crimping machine • Performed data cleaning operations to convert unstructured data to the structure data by using Python, Excel. • Created a new database and tables in the MySQL database and imported the structured data. Created a visualization of sales insights of the products in Tableau. Concept & Development of VC machine, hydraulic hoses.

- Responsible for developing the Equipments and Piping Connections as per P& ID in Smart Plant 3D - Extraction of Piping Isometric Drawings from SP3D - Preparation of Bill of Material, Equpiment List, Instrument List - Extraction of Piping GA's against P & ID
