- Troubleshooting customers' issues via calls, live chat and emails - Working with customers from different regions and tailoring the advice taking into consideration their mentality - Maintaining strong customer rapport and excellent, timely communication - Consulting customers on how to achieve better results in trading, by means of technical and fundamental financial analysis - Educating customers on IQ Option platform functioning - Ensuring high-quality support by collaborating with other teams
