• Support in all PM activities from concept to completion • Support in project planning, scheduling and prioritization of activities using MS Project • Coordination of change management process for new requirements • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope

• Support of the PM team in project planning, resource planning, budgeting, target/actual comparison, project reporting and process improvement • Development of new PM and Resource management dashboard. • Collection and analysis of data for further marketing initiatives and improvement of sales • Documentation and presentation of performance reports and technical issues for further actions and improvement plans

• Co-ordinate activities between Indian and German team members and other vendors, customers at multiple geograpical locations • Support in Risk Management (Bosch RM-Tool), Task Planning & Control • Support PM team in project planning, resource planning, budgeting, target/actual comparison and project reporting by creating dashboard. • Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience

• In-charge of weekly Production planning, scheduling and controlling using PERT and CPM techniques • Implemented lean principles to optimize costs and to achieve better productivity. • Manage project deliverables, co-ordinate activities between project team members and vendors at multiple locations • Presentation and documentation
