- Assigned to a restructuring/transformation projct aiming to optimize Procurement Cost of Goods Sold (PCoGS) for a global data networking and telecommunications equipment company; Independently enhanced the overall savings calculation excel incl. the autonomous development of a PCoGS spend benchmarking; Preparation of multiple regional review presentations with the project team for the Chief Transformation Officer
