I was part of designing and setting up this TPM role. Main tasks: • Project Management of bigger installation projects within Project & Fulfillment - Operations • Contract responsibility for our installers • Contribute to the continuous development of InCharge offerings (InCharge in Germany, Norway, The Netherlands and Sweden)

The main task is to design technical solutions for electrical-charge stations, perform site preparations and calculate installation costs for customer quotes. I also train sales force and customers regarding new functionality and new products. • Manage installation projects • As a technical expert, be part of customer teams towards prioritized customers • Contribute to the continuous development of InCharge offerings (InCharge in Germany, Norway, The Netherlands and Sweden)

Plan and monitor investments and maintenance projects of the property stock at Fastighetskontoret - Stockholms stad. This is done with support from the department’s technical specialists and consultants at the Real Estate department. Responsible for authority claims of the buildings and their technical systems.
