*Working with complete MS BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) in highly complex environment (millions of transactions on daily basis) *SQL Server 2008R2, SQL Server 2016, PowerBI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS *Developing various business reports for all departments within the company *Creating ETL processes by gathering data from different sources, transforming it and populating the Data Warehouse *Optimizing queries and writing stored procedures for best database performance

* Working with Oracle 11g database in high volume and complex OLTP system for the largest online ticketing system in the world * Writing complex queries, stored procedures and functions in PL/SQL * Creating ETL processes (data extraction, transformation and loading into the database) * Working with MicroStrategy Developer tool for creating complex business reports * Agile development using Scrum methodology

* Working with MS SQL Server 2008R2 and MS SQL Server 2012 in rapidly growing and fast changing business environment * Writing complex queries, stored procedures, UDF-s and finetuning database performance * Involved in creating ETL processes and datawarehousing * Using complete MS SQL Server BI stack (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS) to fulfill various business requirements * Creating OLAP cubes and preparing diverse reports for all business departments within the company

* Responsiible for analysing chargebacks regarding different kind of situations; * Analysis of daily, monthly and quarterly reports generated by processor company, data elaboration and preparing internal reports for Department; * Analysis of individual chargeback cases and acting according to Operating rules of international credit card systems; * Involved in creating internal procedures and rules regarding all kind of client's chargebacks

* Responsible for analysis of suspicious transactions, unusual cardholder's “behaviour” in using credit cards; * Part of the team for creating educational materials for representatives of law enforcement and police; * Communication with representatives of international credit card companies (Visa, Master Card), other banks and clients; * Analysis of reports, generated by vendor, data extraction and preparing internal reports for Department;

Main activities and responsibilities: * Responsible for records of new credit cards applications; * Responsible for credit cards retained in ATMs – analysis of reasons for retaining, communication with clients and other banks regarding these issues
