• Expanding the size and influence by planning and executing Marketing & PR activities to increase awareness, drive membership, • Bringing stakeholder together by organizing Annual General Meetings as well as Mecomed's presence at the Arab Health Medical Exhibition • Ensuring productivity of virtual expert teams and projects by setting up real-time collaboration tools, periodic conference calls, driving status updates and pushing engagement

• Creation/pricing of incentive programs and corporate meetings • Collaboration with external providers/agencies • Successful running/trouble-shooting on site

• Support Product Managers developing marketing/PR plans and implementing them accordingly (PR activities, ads, events, marketing collateral, web content, booth design) • Planning and executing stand-alone congresses hosted by Biogen for customers, KOL's and international employees as well as organizing corporate participation in relevant external conferences and exhibitions

Ensuring a successful and smooth run of four big B2B congresses (incl. trade exhibition, symposium, gala show and dinner) just like 50 workshops and seminars for selected audience per year

Kundenbetreuung, Organisation (Meetings, österr.
