Providing issue resolution and system enhancement services, delivering training and documentation for the end users; customizing and testing in various SAP versions; coordinating the implementation of the HR Support Packages. Supervising the operational services of the monthly payroll run and subsequent activities.

Providing system support and enhancement services in already implemented SAP HCM systems for clients of Austria and Switzerland. Customizing SAP OM, PA, TM, PY, TRVL submodules. Delivering analysis and solutions to customer issues through SAP functionality or specification of bespoke enhancements. Delivering documentation and training manuals for the end-users in case of complex system solutions. Participating in system parallel testing before go-live and in post-go-live on-site support for new clients.
