Master thesis was on hyper spectral data analysis, titled "Hyper Spectral Imaging system for inline contamination localization on metal surface." It involved mainly three parts: development/building of HSI based push-broom- scanner, predictive analysis of oil layer thickness by PLS-R, and oil contamination detection and identification using PLS-DA machine learning algorithm (in MATLAB).
