Managing, controlling and executing all engineering services related to A/C systems installed on PEGASUS and contracted operators’ (Izair&Air Manas) B737/A320 aircraft in accordance with Turkish DGCA directives, EASA and FAA legislation, manufacturer recommendations, developments in civil aviation industry and company regulations, procedures and principles together with contracted operators’ requirements observing airworthiness, flight safety, reliability and cost-effectiveness.

Responsible for the design of HVAC systems and contribution of integration into complex assembly structure.

‣ Responsible for project coordination, maintenance, and development of Unigraphics based software supplement (C & Ufunc library). ‣ Development of automatic tooling design software tool that optimizes roll form/forge die geometries design and manufacturing processes of compressor fan blades. ‣ Responsible for project migration from GE India to GE Turkey and coordination of weekly meetings between GE USA and India during all project phases.

Establishing 3D&2D design documentation in Catia v5 and DMU integration of primary structures and assemblies in Team Center Engineering environment.
