Conduct real-time assessment, monitoring, and thorough documentation of laboratory outcomes and ECG irregularities during clinical trials and study visits. This is performed under the supervision of the Therapeutic Medical Advisor (TMA) based on regular communication received from the sponsor-designated Central Laboratory. Manage the entry and ensure the Quality Check (QC) of Local Laboratory Reference Ranges for sites, resolving any discrepancies or missing data in conjunction with the clinical team. .

Review laboratory listings received from the clinical operations team, meticulously identify alerts, discrepancies, and missing laboratory data, and take necessary actions. Offer assessments within the framework of Medical Surveillance regarding adverse events, medical history, dosing, and other related information before initiating queries. Received various training in multiple areas of Clinical trials, clinical data management, site studies and human data science.

Hands-on experience and exposure in performing Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) test, ANA IFtest and RT PCR test. Performed Karyotyping test from blood samples to identify extra or missing chromosomes or abnormal positions of chromosome pieces with the help of the Phase-contrast microscope and Fluorescence microscope. Professionally trained in handling Laboratory equipment used in Molecular Biology and Cytogenetics Department .
