- Staff management and leadership: recruitment, training and development, creation of rotas, team motivation - Marketing and trade: Customer service, implementation of promotional activities - Visual Merchandising and retail standards: Leading and developing the store’s VM team, creating product displays andwindow schemes whilst ensuring retail standards are met and implemented correctly

-Visual Management of 9 stores and 10 concessions in Germany and Denmark. -Full responsipility for delivering brand concepts and implementing VM guidelines to guarantee brand consistency across all stores. -Ensuring maximum profitability by implementing excellent visual standards on the shop floor, on all mannequins and displays as well as in the shop windows. -Constant developing and coaching for the store teams to ensure great VM execution and concistency across all shops.

-Supervision and management of 30 New Look concessions in different department stores across Germany -Responsibility for the implementation of New Look’s visual merchandising strategy in all stores, conducting staff training sessions every 2 months for new trend launches -Development and implementation of many operational processes -Identification of new potential store locations by analysing and understanding the German market and economy and by researching activities in different cities
