- Contributing to business reports and strategies prepared for Danish companies, including market analysis, partner searches, proposals and similar; - Assistance with planning, preparation of Ministerial visits and other high-level official visits to South Africa; - Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions - Communication tasks including updating the Embassy’s website; - Ad hoc internal assistance to the Embassy’s other employees

As a project coordinator with DCI I have dealt with the following as typical work assignments: project management (particularly planning and structuring of travel schedules and events) preparation of PR-material, updating the website and other social media as well as general office duties. A large part of the job in particular, has been for me to arrange logistics and be in direct contact with visiting guests, artists, ministers etc. during visits in China.

As a student worker in Early Collections, I helped and advised customers with their economy as well as the accounts they had in GE Money bank. I had a professional, empathetic and communicative approach with customers in order to handle their requests as well as possible. All communication was conducted by telephone, and in order to achieve the latter mentioned I have received lessons in communication, as well as regular coaching-sessions.

During a 5-month internship in Hong Kong I worked for Jebsen Watch Co. Ltd. as a trainee. Here I worked according to a plan that allowed me to explore and learn in all the different departments of the business. This meant that I was both given responsibilities and challenges within marketing, customer service, field/shop visits, accounting, etc.

During a 3-month internship in Hong Kong I worked for Skagen Designs Ltd. as a trainee. Here my main job was to conduct market research of products relevant for the company. This provided a general view of the competition as well as discovering potential new consumer markets.
