Leading a team with the heads of Banking Solutions, Insurance and non-banking Solutions, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales and Showrooms. Member of the management team. Responsible for Product Management and Strategy across the full product stack of Appway including Solutions, Software Products and Service Offerings. Defining the product portfolio and high-level roadmap, pricing, analytics and the product management methodology across the product stack.

In charge of building and institutionalizing product thinking and product management in the company. Product Lead for the Appway Platform.

In charge of managing projects focused on building the strategic and operational prerequisites to support the ongoing growth experienced by Appway and to promote future growth. Work in close collaboration with the two founders of the company.

Collaboration in two successful client projects for the Swiss Cooperative Society of Music Authors and Publishers. Assistance of the CEO and the COO and Professional Services Director in the development of the internal strategy, set-up of a client-feedback process and creation of marketing collaterals. Responsible implementation of a Swiss wide banking survey on client onboarding.

Worked on a large scale procurement project for a major international airline. Perparation and wrap-up of weekly meetings, data analysis and interpretation, elaboration of conceptual papers to be published company-wide.

Helped organize the annual conference of the Science and Technology in Society forum in Kyoto, Japan.
