 Sanya Group has presence in Hospitality / Healthcare / Real Estate / Tobacco businesses.  Hospitality business includes Courtyard by Marriott, Gurugram and 2 further hotels bringing up in North Goa including serviced apartment (Branding by Marriott).  Responsible for compilation, review & analyse the financial reports from the units of Hospitality / Diagnostic centres.  Compilation of financial statements and conducting audits for Hotels & diagnostic centres.

 Responsible for overall finance operations & business support activities, managing the finance department of the Hotel, and 2 sister companies engaged in the business of Air Conditioning & Solar power engineering.  Project implementation of Sun Financial Systems & Material Controls.  Project implementation of Fidelio/ Opera & Micros for operations.  Formulation &Implementation of Payroll policies, ensuring the monthly disbursements with applicable statutory deductions.

 Responsible for overall finance operations & business support activities, managing & training the team, compliance of statutory laws & obligations etc.  Successfully completed the Service tax audit for 3 Financial years i.e. 2011, 2012, 2013.  Management reporting to the owner’s team & Sarovar Hotel’s management team. Achievement : Reported the discrepancy in Operating inventory of 20% of total stock overvalued in the books.

 Presentation of monthly MIS with variance report  Generating financial reports from PROLIFIC and OPERA, and maintaining books of accounts in PROLIFIC software  Maintaining Fixed Asset Register, and implemented the database to the FAMS software  Preparation of Balance Sheet and schedules annexed to the financial statements, getting the audit done through E&Y

 Managing Pre-opening team of a hotel with 40 room’s inventory.  Taking care of accounting of 48 cover’s Chinese restaurant in Sector-26, Gurgaon.  Providing the extended support to all departments setting up the SOPs, billing system.  Interaction and negotiation with vendors, entering into procurement contracts.  Opening of Company’s Bank Accounts.  Monitoring the billing procedure of all sales outlets (POS).
