SEATING PROJECT: - Driver and Co Driver Seat (Eicher Motor) Complete seat Design Driver and Co Driver seats including Structure, foam, plastic part and prototype building. Foam design for Driver and Co Driver Seat (Seat back and Cushion) design as per Regulation. Meat to metal study, Environment study, comfort study, GA drawing, Sub assembly drawing creation, cut and weld drawing, Benchmarking. Interacts with customer. Solid and surface modelling & B-attachment proposals, tooling feasibility study.

PROJECT: - COMPLETE SEATING (Passenger car) Foam Design for Driver and Co Driver seat as per AIS-023 Comfort Study and meat to metal study, IB and OB floor mounting Bracket. B-bracket design, structure design. Part development from input styling surface (Class A) and create B surface with B side feature & Environment part sections of Arm rest used in Door Trim in Passenger Cars.

PROJECT: - DC-231 and (PSA-B7) Create engineering models & B-attachment proposals, tooling feasibility study, B-Surface Creation, Solid and surface modelling, Complete product designing of parts like Outboard valance cover, Inboard valance cover, Lumbar handle, connector bracket as per the JCI Plastic design proposals, B-attachment study, B-Surface Creation with Snaps, tooling feasibility study, Solid and surface modeling, GD&T, Creation of detail drawings using JCI standards.

PROJECT: - SUNVISOR-P07 EPP Pad Sun visor, Slab Stok, PU Foam, and Injection Moulded Sun visor. Complete product designing of sun visors, Create Engineering models & B-attachment proposals tooling feasibility study. Designing of Low series and High series Sun visors, the high series sun visor is combination of mirror with lighting Assembly and Creation of detail drawings of sun visors using OEM standards.
