Social rights and Employment law : • Assisting in researching and analyzing relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to social rights and employment law issues. • Observing and participating in meetings, negotiations, and hearings to gain practical experience and understanding of social rights and employment law proceedings. • Helping in the preparation, review, and verification of various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, affidavits, powers of attorney, and property deeds.

• Observing the compliance requirements and security measures associated with the IT systems and processes in the "Banknotes" segment, including data protection, risk management, and regulatory compliance. • Observing and shadowing professionals working in the IT sector of the ECB, specifically focusing on the processes related to supporting the "Banknotes" segment.
