Designed, rapid-prototyped, and invented data mining algorithms for longitudinal event mining in electronic health records using Python/Matlab. Applied machine learning to biomedical imaging and electronic health records data, which resulted in five international conference papers and one journal paper.

Designed, rapid-prototyped, and invented computer aided diagnosis tools for cardiac imaging to label and visualize vascular trees. Developed commercial C++ code for the SyngoTM cardiac image analysis product line. Created a proof-of-concept research prototype for a lymph node diagnosis system that led to $300,000 research funding using ITK/VTK/OpenInventor.

Designed technical requirements and acquired new internet projects with budgets of ~50.000 Euros. Supervised a three people team for server and media application development for Sony, T-Online, VAIO, and Telekom.

Devised automation batch tools to increase manual software testing process of a 25 person team increasing efficiency by 50%.

Designed and held technical presentations to assist management. Several sources were acquired to increase company funding for digital signature applications. Assisted project management and supported communication interface between German and Korean development team.
