Assisted Senior Quantity Surveyor with analysing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates. Maintained quantities for final account and variations purposes. Generated cost and value reports, monthly and quarterly to produce accurate information on cash flow. Project scope was 96 million for Campus Key Accommodation. Assessed necessity of design variations and associated costs. Compiled reports and recommend advice about the building and maintenance costs.
