Thesis title: “Structure and function of proteases and protease inhibitors of the transglutaminase producer Streptomyces mobaraensis” • Focus on structural analyses of proteins by mutagenesis and recombinant production, crystallography, biochemical characterization and mass spectrometry. • Characterization of protein-protein interactions • Identification, purification and characterization of peptidic inhibitors of cystein-proteases derived from S. mobaraensis.
