Advice on cross-border transactions, including devising optimal holding company structures for investments in Nigeria and optimal operating company / shared services structures for intra-group transactions. 3. Advise on transactions with capital repatriation issues and tax optimization concerns and assist with obtaining regulatory approvals / rulings on tax and regulatory matters
